Our Direct Care staff help residents gain the confidence and skills they need to enjoy everyday life in a safe and fun way. They provide supports to help individuals to ensure that what is important FOR and important TO individuals is addressed while effectively managing risk. They assist with and participate in daily activities with residents and help them with important, everyday living skills. Staff also must accurately complete daily documentation and charting for residents.
