• M-F 8 to 4:30 and some on call
• Full-time: 80 hours/pay period
• $500 sign on bonus paid in 6 months

The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of one or more houses. They are to ensure the staff at their houses are providing direct care services and upholding the quality of care and programming provided to service recipients in accordance with the Coordinated Care Service and Support Plan and Addendums. Direct and support the implementation of behavioral modification techniques to residents. Follow directives from the treatment and provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team. Coordinates and assists in daily activities of residents. Prepare and complete quarterly reports and documentation as assigned. Work in ratio when needed.

All applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of direct care and/or residential services experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Have the ability to speak, write, and comprehend the English language.
• Possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Successfully pass a State of Minnesota background check before working unsupervised.
• Be willing and able to work with and support both males and females.
